Basalt Logic Messaging Service
Basalt Logic provides an automated SMS and voice communication platform on behalf of local businesses. When you contact a business that uses our platform, you may receive text messages related to your inquiry, including appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, follow-up messages, service updates, and responses to your questions. Messages are sent on behalf of the business you are interacting with and are limited to the context of that business relationship.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. You will receive messages in direct response to your inquiries, appointment activity, and related follow-ups. You will not receive unsolicited marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
By initiating a text message conversation with a phone number powered by Basalt Logic, or by providing your phone number to a business that uses our platform and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry and the services provided by that business.
You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received a message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that number unless you initiate a new conversation.

Our service is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary.
Basalt Logic is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network issues or device incompatibility. We make no guarantees regarding message delivery timing.
